At Bedtime Baby Quilts, my quilt tops and backs are made with only 100% cotton fabrics. I also only use 100% cotton batting and cotton thread. Because the quilts are 100% cotton through and through they are durable and machine washable.
All of Bedtime Baby Quilt's come from a smoke free environment, and I pre-wash all the quilts in baby detergent to make sure all the dyes and starches are gone so that they are perfect and ready for the new baby.
I professionally machine quilt all my quilts so that they will last for generations. That means a baby who receives one of my quilts today will someday be wrapping her/his grandchild up in that same quilt. Machine quilting gives the quilt a traditional look and feel. A few of my quilts may be hand tied and will be marked as so in the description of the quilt.
With each of my quilt's I try to stay over the normal 38" by 38" general size baby quilt so that it can be used and loved well past the baby and toddler age.
Bedtime Baby Quilt's entire selections are one of a kind patchwork quilts, no pattern is used more then once. This guarantee's that your new babies quilt is truly an original!

About Me:
Hi my name is Amy and I am the owner and quilter of Bedtime Baby Quilt's. I have been machine sewing and hand sewing since my grandmother first put a needle in my hand over 40 years ago. I am skilled in many crafts including but not limited too: crochet, knitting, embroidery, needlepoint, and of course quilting. But my true passion is quilting.
I design one of a kind hand crafted baby quilts, table runners and pillows with unique fabrics. Since my son first received his first baby quilt, which he dragged around till he was 7 years old, I have wanted to be able to give the same gift to other mothers and their new babies.
My intent is to make baby quilts that will last through the rough times your child will put it through. Every new baby and child deserves a new quilt that can be their security blanket, to make a tent out of and to comfort them when they don't feel well.
